Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-21
This Privacy Policy explains how Fitaraise, a sole proprietorship based in India ("Fitaraise", "we", "us", "our"), operating the Tracqfit service, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services.
1. Data we collect
When you sign up and use Tracqfit, we collect only the information required to deliver and improve the service:
- Your name and email address
- Body composition data you provide during onboarding (age, sex, height, weight)
- Dietary preferences, restrictions, and known allergens
- Goal and activity-level preferences
- Progress entries you choose to record
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser, device) required to operate and secure the service
2. How we store and protect your data
Personal data is stored on enterprise-grade managed infrastructure with industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, strict row-level access control, and audited internal access on a need-to-know basis.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only the minimum necessary information with vetted service providers under appropriate data-processing agreements, including:
- A PCI-DSS compliant payment processor that handles card, UPI, and netbanking data under its own privacy policy and regulatory compliance
- A managed cloud hosting and database provider that operates the infrastructure on which the service runs
- Google LLC — for website analytics (Google Analytics 4) and search-indexing verification (Google Search Console). We share aggregated, non-personally-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, device type, and anonymous event identifiers
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — for advertising measurement and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel) used to optimize our Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns. Where customer-matching data such as email or phone number is transmitted, it is cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) in your browser before being sent so the raw value is never exposed to Meta
We may disclose data when required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tracqfit, our users, or the public.
4. Your rights under DPDPA 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Withdraw any consent you have previously given
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of incapacity or death
- File a grievance with our designated contact (see Section 8)
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use the following categories of cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website:
- Essential — authentication-session cookies required to keep you signed in. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (typically prefixed
_gaand_ga_*) that record anonymous usage data so we can understand which pages are visited, how long visits last, and which features are used. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google by our configuration. - Advertising — the Meta Pixel sets cookies (typically prefixed
_fbp) and reads any existing Facebook cookies in your browser so we can measure the effectiveness of our Instagram and Facebook advertising and show relevant ads to people who have already visited tracqfit.com. Where the Pixel transmits identifiers such as email or phone number, those values are hashed (SHA-256) in your browser before being sent.
You can opt out of these trackers at any time by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, using a tracking-blocker extension, or adjusting your ad-personalization preferences inside your Google account (myadcenter.google.com) and Facebook account (facebook.com/adpreferences). Opting out will not affect your ability to use Tracqfit.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required for tax, accounting, or other legal compliance.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level access controls, audit logging on sensitive operations, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep yours safe.
8. Contact for data requests
For any privacy question, data-subject request, or grievance, write to support@tracqfit.com or call +91 80754 19698. Address grievance correspondence to: Fitaraise (sole proprietorship), India.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
